By doing this you will see exactly how many sites have used your article.

One of the most educational things about article marketing is that you can go to an article directory---pick a category, browse through the articles, and take the information from various articles and use it to submit your own articles. Of course you would create your article in your own words. So not only are you generating traffic with your article marketing, you are also learning from others about your chosen topic at the same time.
